“Very very poor service”

New customer as my surgery advised using a phone service. Normally my meds are delivered in 3 day maximum. Filled form in on Tuesday with enough meds until Friday. Normally this is enough. Told me the meds were on their way but the Royal mail tracking only works when they start to deliver. It's now Monday and still nothing. What a irresponsible out for profit organisation. I have closed my account and my wife will have to get some emergency meds from the chemist as I am too ill. I urge new customers to avoid unless you can afford to wait.
I would have liked the time it took to process the prescription to be more transparent. It isn't!!
