Lloyds write to an elderly neighbour to invite him for a flu Jab, he phones them and told to book on the Internet, he says I don't use the Internet. He phones customer service and is told to use on line help page, he repeats he does not have a computer or use Internet. CS repeats and put him on hold for 17 minutes until he hangs up.
The most unprofessional of any company. Guy still can't get his jab
