Employed TechSOS for installing a Freesat dish. While drilling the hole through the outside wall, he drilled a hole right through the rain water pipe. His reaction was "Oops that was too precise!". Not a work of apology or regret. Upon telling him, he threatened to walk away leaving the cables hanging and a hole in the wall without finishing the job. He said he can't do anything to fix it. Later, he put some sealant on the outside of the pipe on one side, leaving an unsightly blob in the broken pipe and water leaking from the other side into the wall. Avoid by all means.
