A2 3 day course was amazing!
I took a 3 day A2 course through 1 stop in Ilford and passed first time. I had been riding for 3 years, 2 of which on a 125cc and was worried about going up to a bigger bike but 1 stop were amazing and walked me through every step.
Day 1 we did over an hour of theory which was extremely useful and although i had extensive road experience, I learnt a lot. We spent about an our on small roads getting used to the bike size and being walked through how you are expected to ride on the road the moved to a car park to learn all the Mod 1 components. Although I have a lot of riding experience I was very nervous when it came to the Mod 1 especially the fig 8 and U-turn. I got myself very worked up but I was so grateful to my instructor as he took all the time I need, was so so patient with me and helped me gain my confidence.
Day 2 we spent some time back in the car park practicing Mod 1 then covered all the routes we could be taken on during our A2. He gave us continuous feedback on our riding, correcting our mistakes and telling us what to look out for on our test, then we went and completed our Mod 1. When we arrived at the test centre he told us that the training we had completed was fractionally harder than the test itself; this was really good and so smart of them in my opinion as it meant that when we did the Mod 1 we were extra confident that we could do it all.
Day 3 I had a different instructor but he was equally kind, all the staff I met were lovely and so willing to help. We did some final theory before heading to the test centre. He took us to the test centre and gave us tips on our riding if he saw any things we needed to tighten up on. Before our test he ran through all our show me, tell me, passenger questions and checked we had no questions for him before hitting the road. When I passed, They offered me a different Hi-Vis which said "I've just passed my test" on the back, it may seem silly but I really enjoyed it and it was a small thing that felt great.
I really can't recommend 1 Stop in Ilford enough. I was nervous when I started but I have come out of it feeling even more confident in my riding and feel as though I have made masses of improvement in such a short time. As a young woman I wasn't sure how it would go but they treated me as they would anyone else and helped me immensely.
Tony specifically, thank you.

Top Notch - Motorcycle Training School
My sincerest gratitude to the 1 stop Instruction's team for guiding, mentoring and training me to pass my CBT, Mod 1, and Mod 2, to a complete motorcycle license. I cannot speak Highly Enough of 1 Stop. The Entire Experience from Day 1, throughout my training journey has been absolutely Fantastic! With no experience I was able to complete it all in a short space of time, thanks to these guys. This training school surpasses its competitors.
Despite having many motorcycle training schools locally in my area, I travelled 30 miles each time, to be trained by the best!
I'm honoured to have been trained, and shared the road by the Best Instructors.
He is a great mentor, and a coach. An absolute MasterClass! He will help you fulfil your true potential in becoming a great strategic, defensive rider on the open road. He is very informative, and technical. His passion for riding is contagious.
I've had a couple of 1-2-1 lessons with him, a Cool Guy, No nonsense approach, very knowledgeable, encouraging, and he took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Lots of advice on how to ride defensively, and safely.
Took me to the Test Center for my MOD 2, and I passed, thanks to his positive, and encouraging approach. highly motivating and insightful. Cool Dude!
The structure of their training is a top-notch, genuine, specific and paced in a way that builds confidence, fast development, and being safe on the road.
Their customer service support is second to none. I was completely impressed with her professionalism.
I don't usually write reviews, but I am a satisfied client, and these guys deserve it. I take my hat off to them. I highly recommend this training school, to anyone looking to obtain a Full Motorcycle License.

Complaint Regarding Staff and Instructor Conduct at This Center
I am writing to formally raise concerns about the behavior of staff and instructors at your center during our CBT classes. Unfortunately, we experienced treatment that was both rude and discriminatory. I repeatedly informed the staff that my father has hearing difficulties and requested that they speak louder and more clearly.
While my father does not speak academic English, he fully understands English and is capable of effective communication. He can read all signage and even addressed issues regarding his helmet during class to his instructor, using his own helmet to continue safely.
Despite this, when he did not hear a question due to his hearing impairment, he was humiliated and treated poorly, and his class was subsequently discontinued.
Furthermore, when we contacted your staff by phone, we were met with rude and unprofessional behavior. This experience leads me to strongly advise against choosing your center for training, exams, or CBT. It appears that profit is prioritized over respect and human dignity.
I am disappointed that a company of your standing employs staff who act in this manner and hope that measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
