My cat Poppy, 9, has been eating Felix and occasionally Aldi cat food for years. Recently, I noticed she would vomit immediately after eating food. She lost an incredible amount of weight in a short period of time and her coat changed to a matted, coil texture. After blaming the weather, she must've caught a fieldmouse, she ate to fast and various other reasons for justifying her out of character sickness, I realised it must have been a bad batch. I have changed her food and she started to improve almost instantly. For weeks I thought I was going doo-lally, however, I have recently found a Facebook group with 1000's of other cat owners experiencing almost identical problems.... coincidence, I suspect not. The lack of response/investigation from Purina is deafening. Even if an investigation/apology or new recipe is introduced, they have lost my custom, forever.

We were regular users of Felix cat food for many years, but no more. All 3 of our cats refuse to eat it now. We have tried all Felix brands but no luck. The dog used to steal it but not anymore. We now give our cats real fish and meat and it works out cheaper especially how their products have gone up. My advice to everyone is to do the same, it is healthier and cheaper.

I have been buying felix cat food for some time now and my cat Nigel has liked it, but the last batch that I bought from Cosco he does not like, what have you done with the ingredients you have either changed the recipe, or have got a bad batch of Tuna and Chicken, he seems to like the beef, I think I might contact the manufacturers and get a refund. Not happy.

Why oh why can there not be a standard size large box of cat food. Asda own make 50 sachets per box Felix - chunks in jelly & As good as it looks - 44 sachets Its a nightmare when we go shopping - we spend a lot of time calculating how many boxes we need. Can we please make all boxes standard sizes of 50 sachets - If Asda can do it then you can all do it. We have 10 cats and would appreciate your help in this matter - they are all rescue.

exactly the same, regular buyers of the REAL Felix for our 4 cats and also my sister used the same, but no more, you can bet all money motivated, let's face it we all know it's just a big money-making machine and they don't care about our pets if they did they wouldn't try to pull a stroke like this, do they think we are daft blind and have no sense of smell ?? and cats can't tell the difference between good tasty and delicious cuts of meat and fish and Grey Matter?? sorry, your not on. meooooow
