Sales staff are very helpful/friendly couldn't fault them. Should you need to use the warranty service DON'T BOTHER, there is NO communication between staff, I was told my van was done after 2 weeks, only to find out they hadn't even started it and even told me that I hadn't returned it to them. Kept calling them to get updates but NO one returns ANY calls, neither does anyone know any details about my van. Then was told new fridge had been approved & ordered (under the warranty) only to find out 4 days later that nothing had been ordered as the part in question was not covered by warranty. They had it nearly 5 weeks to come out with that. They have given me 1 hell of a run around. NO AFTERSALES CARE WITHIN THE ENTIRE COMPANY
