Simple & easy, stress-free car purchase

Dace had a good variety of cars on offer and they all looked clean and in good condition.
The staff were friendly and not pushy at all. The buying process was simple and any questions or concerns i had (e.g the odd scuff mark on the body or inside the car) were dealt with quickly. My particular salesman was very good and felt trustworthy. He was also relaxed without seeming uncaring or uninterested. Immediate after-sales customer service was good with quick communication and replies and asking me how the car was and if I'd had any problems etc (which i haven't as yet).
Only thing that would have made the transaction better was that no spare key was provided and i was given a contact to sort it out myself- just would've been nice for Dace to have sorted that cost out rather than lump it on me at the last second as i picked up the car - its the little things that make a 4-star experience into a 5-star one. Otherwise it was all good and I would be happy to purchase through Dace again and also recommend to friends.
