purchased a car in 2019 along with service plan had car serviced twice 2020 and 2021.when service history checked with manufacturer no sevice history found. contacted branch only to be told they could not access SEAT ONLINE SERVICE RECORDS. Told when i bought plan that this could and would be done.Would have taken car to Seat if they had told me records could not be maintained .Misled into purchasing their service plan very disappointed.
