Worst company ever dealt with, last 5 or 6 visits. Allow cars fixed by students unsupervised, which then are done wrong, dangerous, when you ask why, get spoken to very rudely, questioned why your complaining, made to feel like it's customers fault. Go to a different branch, and questioned why you use other branch they have sales targets too you should use this branch, again lots of questions and made to feel awkward, none of the things looked at they were supposed to. Go back to the other branch and again not done, very rude service, No call back said they didnt have phone number, when you watched them write it down, no car overnight then next day we cant fix it. Staff chatting behind your back, phone head office and even worse. Laughed at on the phone then hung up on. Call back and promised a call back from a manager the next day. Several days later still no call.
I suppose you get what you pay for. This company are cheap in every aspect. Avoid at all costs.
