As the title says it was my first car and my first and hopefully my only claim, so I was a bit unsure about how these things work. They were very helpful when ever I rang up with a query and probably had a chuckle at some of my questions!
They even sent a driver over when I couldn't work out how to open the bonnet of the courtesy car to refill the windscreen washer bottle!
It would be useful to have some sort of basic instruction manual, though I do appreciate the originals are not always returned!
They returned my car and came back again to sort out a minor blemish.
