“Good workmanship but communication could be improved”

Happy with the quality of the repair although there is a very slight difference in the colour of the new part.
We didn't hear anything from them until they phoned to say the repair was finished and the car would be delivered back the following day. Would have liked a call after the initial inspection with an estimate of how long the repairs were going to take.
