Repair is of a very high Standard but my R line badge was not placed in line so a little annoying as little more attention Should have been paid on that especially when the body work looks pristine so it lets it down. Ideally i’d like that corrected.

Secondly, your communication definitely needs to improve. It was good up and till you were given the job. After that i never got an update call as promised. I left 5-6 messages but only was contacted once as they car repair came to an end.

Finally, its not possible to ever get through to your contact number because you end up waiting for ages with no response...

Thank you for submitting a review, I am sorry the read that the R line badge was slightly off letting down the finish of the repairs. If you can let me know which site your car was repaired by and the first part of your registration I can look into why only one of your messages were responded to.
