Had a crash [my fault!!] - within 24 hours after reporting to insurance company was contacted by Solus and a program that suited me was created for the car to be collected from my workplace and returned once done to my home. Had constant updates by text, email and even a chat on the phone.
Chap who collected car and different chap who dropped off car were very professional.
Even the courtesy car was an automatic [requested] which made my life easy.
