“Damage to the car”

My car went for repairs here and when i collected the car they broke my arm rest's button. It was damaged before from the back but the button was perfectly fine. The manager was not even helpful and straight said that they will not take any responsibility. very bad service and rude people from reception till you pick you pick up the car.

Thank you for your message. It was carried at Epsom and first part of registration is RO63.
