“Failed Service do not trust”

arranged collection for service on 02/11/2020, service date was 06/11/2020, i was given an aprx time of collection and i would get a call beforehand.
no call from Garage or service stop, so i emailed as no one would answer the phone, i did get a response 5 hours after the collection time to say someone had called in sick at the garage, Hmmmm
i had payed up front and requested a refund, they said yes and i would get an email when it was processed.
11/11/2020 no email or refund, so i tried phoning, once again no answer, i emailed once again and received a reply eventually, the email stated that this would be passed on to their accounts but to be patient as their accounts are depleted, that is the exact response i received.
i now have my bank involved to reclaim the payment.
my advice to you is not to trust this company as i'm sure they are in serious financial difficulty.
you will notice their own site reviews do not include any negative feedback, the feedback they post is all positive but short, seems a bit fake now that i look further into it.
would i use again NO NO NO NO
