“Poor Planning”

Our VW was booked in a week in advance. Picked up OK, but the part booked in to fit had not turned up that day so they had to keep car in overnight. Much hassle. They could have ordered the part to be there before the car was taken in. Shame no one thought to apologize as they might then have got a recommendation as a number of people at work liked the idea and were interested in the result.

The work seems fine and they paid for a taxi.
