Arrived for my booking, glass wasn’t there. Got turned away. I had booked 20 days in advance. No excuse. Poor show. Got told I would need to sort it out with head office. No one could tell me what was going on or thought to phone me in advance to say there was a problem.
Head office couldn’t do anything apart from try and book me in again - 7 days later was the earliest slot. I took the day off work to have the windscreen done and will now need to do it again. Have registered a formal complaint. Wish I could use another company but these are who my insurer use. Will make sure I choose an insurer who is with autoglass when I renew.
