Upland's review of National Windscreens

1 - I was told on booking that the repair could not be managed off site and I had to go to a depot

2 - I was also told on booking that the repair would take 30 minutes

3 - On arrival at the depot I was told it would be a 4 hour job

4 - After 3 hours of wandering around, I decided to go back to the fitting depot to see my car being driven away. After half an hour it came back. I had made a note of the mileage when I handed it over and saw that it had been driven 16 miles during the half hour. I was then told that a long road test was essential after fitting a new windscreen!!??

5 - There is no address on the National Windscreen website to write or email to

6 - It took a week between booking and getting the appointment
