I bought a stereo head unit from a branch in Leicester in July including fitting. I received numerous text reminders and on the day as well stating that fitting was ready. When I went some parts did not arrive so I was fuming and so cancelled my order. In August I bought another stereo head unit and booked for fitting today but at a different store in Leicester. So I phoned the Halfords phoneline yesterday just to confirm and was told that all was ok. I went this morning and guess what? Again they couldn't find my stereo. So again I cancelled my order.
What a bunch of amateurs. Halfords management you need to employ better trained staff not just on the phone line but in store.
Call yourself number 1 motor parts retailer? You're having a laugh.
Absolutely fuming for TWO wasting time.
