“Zero Service , Mechanic didnt Turn up”

The Mechanic was due to arrive between 8am and 10am
At 9.59am he sent a message to say he was having trouble to get the part and was asking more information about the car. I promptly replied answering the question and that was the last i heard from the mechanic. I called up customer support to get a status on what was happening, they also messaged him in the same feed (I assume not even clickmechanic have the mechanics contact details). Then silence customer support didnt follow up the mechanic didnt. The only thing that fired off any response was i copied into the message another bad review i said i had sent.
Clearly whats happened here is someone has thought its a great idea to connect freelance mechanics with customers. However thats all they do. They have zero control on the mechanic or the parts. I do not even see any evidence that they do anything if the mechanic is not up to scratch. Its essentailly a massive gamble thats not worth it. This site has proven that any jack the lad who can buid a web site can and it looks like this is a back of cigarette packet business with no thought for the customer its just a gravy train for the owners. Looking at the other reviews they appear to not learn by it which means only one thing its a one dimentional business.
