The excess for the replacement was taken on the 6th of July a full week before the screen was replaced. Contrary to the Autoglass policy section J where it clearly states that money would not be taken until the work had started, I was given many excuses and at least 4 different dates and times and several emails and transcripts of calls. The administration is deplorable. Trim not available as it is special. So special it is sold in Halfords!
The technicians were superb, friendly and efficient.
