I had concerns with using a finance company but these people made it a really good experience, at no point did I feel pressured to continue. Whenever I had a question they answered quickly. Within a week I had my new car sorted. They dealt with the dealer and kept me updated.

Well impressed by the level of service. I was helped at every step by the same Finance Executive. I was looking at cars over 10 years old, which most lenders won't finance, however,  he sorted me out. Yes, he was doing his job but I felt well looked after. Seemed like he put a lot of effort in and didn't stop when we came across the odd dead-end. I picked my 2011 plate car up yesterday and I'm very happy with it. Thanks!

From the initial contact the service was fantastic. Professional, courteous, clear communication during the whole process. Queries were attended to by humans on the end of a phone not robots. Calls were returned swiftly and the whole process was stress reducing not inducing which makes a change in these profit first, customer second days. I felt like I was a vaulued customer, not a faceless number. The call handler was informative and helpful and seemed to care about me as his customer. All in all a very positive experience - a rareity these days in the world of finance.

My experience with Match:me car finance was undoubtedly amazing. Every person that I spoke to was so friendly, I was in contact with them quite a few time when looking at different vehicles and every time they where amazing, very friendly and helpful. The customer service was excellent as some one who works in customer service I know what to look for. Undoubtedly the best customer service I have received. When I had a question about anything they knew most of the answers and if the didn’t(as some could only be answered by the dealer) the got back to with the answer quickly. Buying a new car can be stressful and they did alleviate some of the stress we had. They definitely deserve a full 5star review

Was all very smooth sailing and he was an absolute start. Nothing was too much bother for him and always rang back when he said he would. Thank heavens otherwise I’d be lost. Had a bit of a problem with e sign but was soon sorted.
