The lady that was dealing with my application went above and beyond to help me, I was so glad to have her sort it all out as she couldn’t have done anymore. Her customer service was amazing a real credit to the company. I just want to say a huge thank you to her for everything she did, it made the process so easy and simple. They made sure I was 100% happy with the vehicle and payments before sending my agreement to sign. Once agreed I completed my finance documents online via a link that was sent to my email. I would not even grace this company with a one star but I had no option. We have received absolutely shocking service from them causing nothing but stress, frustration and to be quite frank, anger!
