If I could give 0 stars I would have....I booked a Van through Yellohire for a house move so it was imperative I had a van on my move date, I received confirmation and voucher for my move date, however when I turned up to collect my van Yellohire had booked the wrong week and U-drive did not have any vans available for me.
Yellohire did nothing to resolve the error, in fact they could not be bothered to return my call or call to offer any solution. U-hire eventually offered me a solution for me to drive 120 miles to another branch to collect a van. If you want a van don't book go through Yellohire just go direct, it will be cheaper and less likely to go wrong. And a lot less stressful during any house move.
