I was asked by a long standing customer to repair their vehicle. Innovation group who handle their claims took a month to authorise repairs. Most companies take three days. I rang every day for three weeks but they refused to give me a contact number for an engineer who could authorise repairs. Obstructive and unhelpful they finally authorised then stated 45 days payment terms. They have now missed their payment date and I have handed invoice to a debt collection agency. Incompetent slow and unhelpful beyond belief. Disgusting way to behave. They don’t even pay their bills
