Received renewal quote which had increased by £135. Phoned Saga to ask how they could justify the increase and was shocked to hear the response "Ok No problem, would you be interested in receiving information on Saga holidays?"
You can guess my response. Went on Go Compare site and got identical cover for £213 as opposed to Saga £465.23
Reading other reviews I'm amazed they have any customers. They certainly don't deserve any.
