I'd received text messages and emails about my insurance renewal, and dismissed them to deal with another day, when I had time to deal with it. A few days later, my phone was ringing and I knew it was RCIB chasing me to get it sorted. "Great," I thought "now I have to tell somebody to leave me alone for a few days."
But amazingly, the rep told me they had all the information to hand, all I had to do was confirm that I was OK with the proposal they'd already emailed to me, answer a few regulatory questions, and give them a new payment card number, and they took care of the rest.
I think all told I spent around 10 minutes on the phone with them, and I'm covered for the next year!
If I had to be picky, I'd mark them down by one star, just because I found the telephone delay to be a little awkward at points, leading to myself and the rep awkwardly talking over each other because of it.
