I left organised breakdown cover for a trip to France until the last minute. I couldn't take it out online because it was within 48 hours. But I phoned and spoke to an agent. She was absolutely brilliant in sorting everything out for me. Normally, in that situation, you don't get a great deal of help but she was superb. Top marks.

Instead of calling to confirm details like they emailed me saying they would, they sent me an email a day after paying my deposit telling me details were incorrect even though no option through moneysupermarket exists and raised the monthly insurance price by over £300 . Then I called to sort it out with them and they said there’s nothing they can do so I decided to cancel in less than 24 hours. They refuse to refund me my money even within a 14 day cooling period! Avoid!!! Never again! The guy on the call was unhelpful and rude to add salt to the wound, please save your money and go elsewhere.

This company is professionally engaged in fraud and here for a short time, as always such companies come temporarily, make money on gullible people and disappear. If you do not want problems, and to have money stolen from your bank account, save your nerves and avoid them like the plague. Unfortunately, our government allows companies like these to proliferate and make millions off of us.

Where can I see my certificate? Policy
Why dont you tell customers you are ALSO under ladybird insurance and aviva and others so not to deceive people.
Do you hide behind them company's because no one would deal with you if you were truthful your not ladybird insurance but RCIB?
When they accept an application and details of the customer and the customer opts for pay monthly agreeing required deposit and outstanding balance spead over the agreed duration why would rcib then take all that money but cancel the customer policy without any reason as the application information was all 100% correct?
Why have they taken my direct debit out today then another single payment of £10? What could the £10 be for?
