In light of COVID-19, it was a little bit hard to get in touch with a staff member to discuss about my renewal quota. There were issues with phone reception and other technical difficulties. For example, I was put on hold and after waiting for 10 mins the line died and couldn't get in touch with the same agent again. Also there is no mention of a queue or any indication that you should hang up or wait.
Regardless of the aforementioned issues, the RCIB agent was friendly, helpful and professional. He was able to help my solve my problem and helped me complete my renewal over the phone with a better quota than I originally had received. I am very pleased with the customer service and I hope to deal with an RCIB agent again.
