Following on from other reviews I wanted to back up the experiences of others that Quote Me Happy does not have customer service.

The only number you are given is a claims number and this goes straight through to an automated referral service for either the RAC or window repair service.

This company seems to have been set up without any customer service representatives at all, which is the last thing you want if you have to make a claim.

Additionally there are hidden charges, such as trying to charge £25 if you want to cancel even before the policy has started (which is contradictory to the Financial Services (Distance Marketing Regulations) 2004.)

If you use the quote they give you you should be able to get a company that has a customer service department to match their quote. I would strongly advice avoiding this company.
