After waiting 2 weeks to hear from one call after an accident I then received a text message to say that my car was repairable and an engineer would be in touch, at exactly the same time and date I then got an email to say the car had been assessed as a total loss with a what to do next message with no instructions on what to do next,sent a reply email got no response, after 2 days tried calling got no answer ! finally managed to to get someone on live chat (14 in queue ) told car was a total loss and they gave me a figure for settlement which was way below market value to replace the car. what is the point of insurance if they wont give a fair offer. Very dissapointed with this company, communication is diabolical.

Hi, Exactly in the same situation as yourself. They use Glass website for settlement figures that you couldn't even get a like for like vehicle and still be thousand pout of pocket - the gloves are off
