“Live chat not great”

I needed help via Live Chat as I couldn't access my policy documents through the customer portal to change my address details. The wait took an eternity to be able to speak to someone and when I finally got through, the chat was agonisingly annoying. Every time I wrote something, the operator took an age to get back to me. It said the operator was typing - she was typing for 7 mins, only to ask me for my postcode! Very frustrating but we got there in the end, however it made a bad afternoon far more stressful.
