Phoned up for a quote to change policy to a new car. Despite saying quote only, twice the person on the webbased chat line tried to initiate payment.

Went online to meerkat and one call came up cheapest, so went with them again as I needed the cover to drive my new car I was getting. 24 hours later I still haven't received my certificate of insurance so I still cannot drive my new car!!
