Trying to change my policy wording so I could use my car in relation to my employment for a maximum of 14 days a year. Asked to repeat things during the conversation and clarify things already submitted previously when taking out the policy. Talking to AI or someone who is being asked to do too much is shambolic customer service. The fact you can't talk to a human being is so frustrating. I will be looking for a new policy from a company with better customer service and people skills.
