I thought that I was given very good customer service as the One Call employee took the trouble to call me and ask for the required information. She was very polite, professional and knowledgeable as well as extremely pleasant.What is also worth complimenting is the fact that her telephone manner was very clear, some people mumble on the phone so you cannot understand what is being said. If only all employees were like her! I was extremely impressed and she was a very good ambassador for One Call. Also, she took the trouble to confirm in writing via email our conversation and the fact that my car insurance was totally valid. Very impressive!
