Complete incompetence, on calls to this company for 13 hours on a continuous loop. 7 emails which no bothers to respond to.

Complaints raised which do not get addressed.

I will be referring this to the ombudsman now.

Requested a simple policy amendment in putting a new private plate.

Was promised this was done yet no documentation to confirm the change. Back on the calls now hoping to speak to anyone who will help. Just spoke to receptionist who said she cant help but she has a new number to transfer me through to. Still waiting...

Avoid this company like the plague. It is horrendous the wait times and there is a non existent customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!!
