As usual my insurance was due, mt renewal was far more than the previous year, no surprise there. I did an online quote search and Geoffreys came up which was very competitive. I then checked online for reviews as anyone with any sense does.

Nearly all the reviews were positive. There was bound to be some disgruntled customers that didnt get what they wanted quickly hence negative reviews.
