My daughter has just passed her driving test, so I contacted Direct Dial to inform them and to get a new quote. The quote was too high, so I decided to cancel the policy and go with someone else. I was initally charged £60 cancellation fee, until they realised that I was within the 14-day cooling-off period so this was immediately refunded with the rest of the money owed.
