Very poor service
I recently had my land rover broken into and 2 doors damaged.
Initially quick to react I then had to deal with Markerstudy which was terrible.
They arranged collection and inspection at a body shop but the body shop has now informed me it’s being returned unrepaired. 1 lock has been broken so the vehicle cannot even be secured. Not a word from the insurers.
Really terrible company and I only regret renewing.
After posting this they are now advising a 5 day response. But I am unsure if my car is insured as it will be parked at night unlocked.

Additional to the above is you never get to deal with Dial Direct as all dealings are with Markerstudy who are the underwriters.
The phoned on friday to ask if i would accept £1200 less my excess to have the car back un-repaired !
I am totally puzzled by this company !
