I insured my car on 22/6 then I realised I insured it a month earlier so next day I called to correct my mistake. I was charged £25 for change of date instead cancelling the policy and reissuing month after. Not only that you reinsured me and char me again and have not refund me my first payment and £25 you charged for cancellation. By law you supposed to cancel the first policy without charge of £25 to cancel. Despite all this I have given you my business. If you have brain less working for you get them out. We all love money but not this way. I want my refund.
