Had to make four annoying music on hold attempts before finally getting through to Ageas claims line to try and register a claim under my buildings insurance. although the gentleman I spoke to about my claim was very polite, I later received an email telling me it would be dealt with by someone other than him, a lady who's direct line number I was given proved to be unobtainable when I tried to call her.
Awful customer service. I won't be renewing through Ageas.
