“Avoid!!”

Absolute disgrace. Got funny with us when we said we had our own insurance and then low and behold when we returned the car some damage/scratches on the underside, yes underside, of the car apparently!
Blatant attempt they didn’t even try to act like it wasn’t as they went straight to that part and didn’t even check the rest of the car.
Avoid or on your head be it!!
