Recommended by members of a benidorm residents fb page to use Coys, we weren’t disappointed. Have used them 3times now in the last 12months. The staff are waiting for you in departures, the paperwork takes only minutes & you’re off to pick up your car. Parked conveniently in the adjoining multi storey, the cars are new & immaculately clean. We booked the insurance waiver & 20€ fuel, so we were off Withington 10minutes of leaving the airport. Return instructions are clear & straigtforward. (We hired for 6days for €188 inc ins&fuel. A private taxi transfer to benidorm would’ve been €125. Bargain!)

Having flown to Alicente with Ryanair who try every trick in the book to trick you into parting with more money it was a pleasure to deal with Coys. The car was delivered on time, handover was friendly and formative, the car was great, modern and clean. We paid £20 for the damage waiver so there was no issue with deposit etc. Car came with 20e of fuel and you deliver it back empty. Return instructions were clear and easy to follow. Undoubtedly the best rental company o have ever used. Thanks.

We visit Spain about four to five times a year and have been doing so for the past 10years. I have got fed up with the larger corporate companys who charge a furtune for their insurance and if try to avoid this they seem to rip you off in other ways to make there money. I was recommended Coys by a friend and thought I would take it chance. What a hidden gem of a company!!! We were met at the arrival gate by a friendly member of staff who confirmed our details and took the payment, then within 2 minutes we were off to collect the car. A short walk to the car park where the member of staff explained the return procedure and showed us round the car. The vehicle was a nearly new Citroen C3. After loading our bags we were off, all within ten minutes of arriving in the hall. A week later We found the return process is just as simple and stress free. Thank you Coys for the excellent service we received. We are due to be returning to Alicante in July but sadly Coys are fully booked for the weeks we require so I’m going to have to rough it with everyone else. Selfishly, I shouldn’t really be recommending Coys to keep this fantastic find to myself!!!

I've rented cars in the Torrevieja area for a long time but it took me several years to find this precious rental company. They are in no sense the cheapest, but for the really few bucks I've paid more I've been getting perfect cars and honest excellent service. All staff have been very kind, always with a smile on their faces. Looking forward making business with them again.

Rented car via email to be picked up at Alicante Airport. Rep was waiting, filled in and paid for car, taken up to car and everything was explained thoroughly. Instructions etc were easy to follow. Got into car and off to go. On return the instructions for parking up were exactly as stated. The car we had was excellent. Recommend this company for their professionalism. Nice to see when there are so many cowboys out there. Well done Coys.

We've just used Coys having seen recommendations on Trip Advisor. Excellent service, easy to book. Met at arrivals and escorted to our car. Everything very simple, fully explained and good value for money. I especially like the way you start off with 20€ of fuel and then bring back empty (no fuss trying to fill up just before returning to the airport). No hesitation in recommending.

I rented a car for the first time with Coysrent-a-car, from the initial email it was apparent that your business was important to them, excellent communication all the way through to car collection. The person I dealt with was waiting in the Arrivals hall as stated, the car was immaculate, he talked us through the exit and re-entrance ad what to do, and explained my best option for our destination. The car had very few miles on the clock and was ideal for our purpose. I have had a lot of worse cars from the major companies, and their customer service was no where near as good as we had from Coys, when we come back to this area we will have no hesitation in using Coys again. Well Done everyone at Coys.

Used other rental company’s over the years but this has to be the best clear reasonable prices no hidden extras cars are clean and well maintained Easy booking and always waiting for you in arrivals easy paper work and on your way in quick time.

Great service. Rep was waiting for us in arrivals lounge even though was past 11pm. Took us straight to car and we were off within 10mins. Car was immaculate and we had no problems at all. On return we had no problems either. You hear a lot of scare stories about car hire rip offs. These guys are great and we will be using again next time we're in Alicante.

As driving for the first time in Spain I was very undecided having read mostly negative reviews of car hire firms, which firm to use. However, as I was staying in Torrevieja at the time (where Coys have an office) I found only positive comments online and no deposit needed. From speaking to Coys and finding them very helpful and arranging car hire for a few days with no hidden costs, I would highly recommend them.

Have used coys for years. They are always on time to meet us at airport. Staff are friendly and professional. Cars are in great condition and have never had a problem with them. Coys are a company you can trust.

Very helpfull no hastle company.no queing in airport met the rep.took us to the car very pleasent guy checked round car did paper work and on our way in no time at all.very tidy low mileage car.second time of using this company will use again with no extra spends for insurance.
