After booking 3 months previously and paying €171 deposit we arrived at Maggiore desk (6 pensioners) only to be told no 9 seaters available. Were offered 5 seaters or 5+2 which we had no alternative but to accept at supposedly discounted rate of £949. This car was unsuitable as we were so uncomfortable but had all
Our hotels booked and paid for.
Maggiore said they couldn’t contact us but DYI had sent a reminder booking detail form 3 days previously.
No one has had the courtesy to reply 10’days later.
We were told by Maggiore agent all the 9 seaters had been assigned to the army back in February ???
Terrible service, very stressful and out of pocket with no help or acknowledgement.
