Do not rent through this company. They may offer lower deals and a seemingly great insurance price but its fake. Once you go to the desk of the company you're actually getting the car from, you have to pay again. Avoid avoid avoid!

We booked a car from Napoli, We payed the insurrance from doyouitaly for the selected car. After 15 minutes We receive the confirmation email and have only other 15 minutes to arrive at the car broker. They didnt give us the car because we don't accept to pay 800 euro deposit and we don't have credit card. We asked for an refound from doyouitaly. Nobody answers and we lose 77 euro for nothing. Avoid it

Avoid it. We booked through DoYouItaly.com because.. the price of course and for our ease of mind we took full protection and offered to have no problems and. Turns out, when we actually went to the rental office (Noleggiare) at the airport they said "Well, we don't know anything about your full protection and if you want it - feel free to buy it from us. Otherwise, take the risks and you need to leave 800€ deposit." Crazy amount. It kinda works like this - if something does happen, then the main rental company charges you and then DoYouItaly.com should cover it but everything is so tricky that I am not sure if you can count on that. Contacting support is almost impossible to at least have confirmation of this.

Worst customer service ever person was rude and unhelpful ! Rental car company left us at airport even though we payed for after hrs pic up! Found a way to the hotel and called them first thing in the morning , to hear that the canceled is!!! And I’m out for insurance and deposit ! The repose from do you Italy was to bad so sad ! Beware ! I wish I had read the reviews first ! Never again! Kept all our mine as well telling me it’s not their responsibility for airline delays!

We were told that with full insurance we will be able to rent with debit card so on doyouitaly page we paid for full insurance. After coming to rental place okmobility we were asked to pay additional 140% of original price because according to them doyouitaly insurance is not acceptable. Thats a froud - this condition was not written anywhere. We were sugested not to use third party sites and forced to pay extra.

We ranted a car through the website and already paid the full insurance cover. When we arrived at the agency to pick up the car, we were asked to pay another insurance or leave the full security sum. The insurance sold by doyouitaly is not valid from the point of view of the agency and we needed to pay another insurancr. Otherwise any damages would have been deducted from our security sum.... And then later MAYBE reimbursed by the website Absolutely not recommending !!!

Avoid Do You Italy at all costs! I canceled my reservation and I did not get my money back. After the cancellation they said they are trying to send back the money but there is a system failure. They will try it for more than a month and after it if its not working I have to send my bank account details and they will transfer the money manually. After I sent it, they said it's not enough, they're asking for a certificate from the bank that the account is mine. After I sent the certificates, now they don't respond to anything. I sent 10+ emails in a week. No answer no money. They disappeared.

Debit card accept filter. They take the booking money with debit card. At the time of the rental with autovía after waiting an hour in line they do not accept that same debit card but only and exclusively with a credit card. Having no credit card. We remain on foot in the evening in a place where we had never been and far from the already booked hotel We call the only contact number, it is a Spanish number and nobody answers. Horrible experience.

I paid over £1500 to hire a Volkswagen Passat Estate(or similar) from them from 5 August to 15 August. Europcar in Palermo gave me the keys to a Ford Fiesta which I could have booked for much less on the Let’s Do You in Italy website. I argued with them and they told me that Let’s Do You in Italy had only paid them for the Fiesta or an equivalent. I was then forced to pay another Euros 254 for a car of the / class I had already paid Let’s Do You In Italy for. I had to queue twice at the car rental desk and whilst they’re used much of the time to hold for the Let’s Do You In zitaly helpline - but never got further than a recorded message. I e:mailed them several times over the hire period but received nothing more than acknowledgement. Yes - don’t let them Do YOU in Italy - steer well clear and book directly with major rental firms.

I give 1 star because I cannot give none. I would never use their services again. Rented a car through brooker Doyouitaly, paid 1055.50 euros for a rental in Sicily from the 12th of August until the 1st of September, supposedly my rental was an offer which did not admit Cancellations or modifications when I got to Goldcar in Sicily (company who was giving the car) they asked me for my driving license, passport and credit card - the rental was under my name but it was my partner, who was the additional driver, who gave them the credit card. They refused to give me the car because the credit card was not on my name. Goldcar told me to call Doyouitaly to change the main driver to my partner, according to them they could do it with no issues even if this cancellations and modifications were not allowed, Doyouitaly refused to changed the name based on the cancellations and modifications offer. They left me standing in the airport with two small kids, no car, no solution and no wish to help telling me nothing could be done... A company should not treat their customers like this, and help should be provided... horrible way to start my holidays. According to Goldcar, doyouitaly could perfectly do the change with no authorisation from them, they even told me that since goldcar was not providing the service they will not receive any money for it, so basically the 1055.50 euros that I paid, doyouitaly will keep ... honestly, they should feel ashame to do this to their customers but my feeling is that they just don't care. My advise, always rent via the rental car companies and NEVER use a Brooker. These businesses should be banned.

I rented a car for 15 days from Catania airport. I signed a contract with do you Italy but ended up with another company surprice car rental , and I was given another car ( a fiat panda instead of fiat 500 ) . I spent more than 3 hours to pick up the car at Catania airport on July 29 th. I had to pay double the price that we agreed on with doyouItaly . Company did not give me papers and insurance of the car which is a very serious matter . Nobody was here at the drop off point for return of car which is a shame at an airport. After they claimed that mirror and tyre was damaged. Avoid this company. Too many problems. We as customers should bring this companies to COURT and make a group action .

Dreadful experience. I had been trying to insert the flight number on their website at least 4 times. After putting it in and clicking 'save' it looked like it was in, but when refreshing the page it wasn't there. I assumed it was saved but tried again to be sure. Same results Now at the airport with a delayed flight of 45 minutes and the reservation is gone!! Together with the € 150 something deposit paid. Stay away

Booked through Do You Italy, flight was delayed, office was closed when we arrived. Phoned the number & left two msgs. Returned the next morning to be told that the reservation had been cancelled because I hadn’t contacted them. I showed them the proof on my phone which was ignored. They were very rude, no customer service skills. Wouldn’t recommend

i have rented a car for 20.07.2023 19 o'clock using doyouitaly.com. they provided me with the voucher, but the subrent company was closed and they were not answering the phone. calling doyouitaly support they said the rental company did not announched them by any schedule change and should be opened, they tried to call them but did not answered their calls as well and told me they ll send an rmail to the company to confirm if they are opened or closed. a week later they came back with the answer that the subrent company was open and cannot give me back my money and dot. if you can wait a week to pick up your car since the schedule time they are the one to go ;) take care of your money

We have made a booking through this company and need to modify the booking. However, although they have told us we can do this on-line, the website will not allow us to modify the booking and the company will not respond appropriately to our emails. Their response is simply that we must action the modification through their website, which we have been unable to do. We are now seriously worried that this is not a reputable company and that we have been tricked.

I have rented a car throughout this platform with a third party company (AutoOne/SurPrice), which is a complete sham, leading me to lose 100 Euros for a 1 day rental on the rate of 35 euros. Long story short, they take the money from your mandatory safe deposit, so there is nothing you can do about it. AutoOne/SurPrice (they are the same company) has a 1.4 score on TrusPilot, where pretty much everyone complains about the way they handle things, meaning DoYouItaly should not include these sham companies on their portfolio, unless they are with them on it, I can't think of it in a different way...

I booked my rental car through them but was not advised of the need to have an international drivers license , so I was not given my rental car. As this all occurred after the pickup time, they said they couldn't cancel my booking. I have been trying to contact them for 5 days now but without success!!!!

Worst customer services ever. A very bad experience. They don’t check the rental companies they promote. I lose all the money I pay 3 month in advance and I did not benefit from the car I pay for. And when I told them about this situation they simply told me “we pay to the rental company you chose, is not our problem if they didn’t give you the car. I e mail them several time the proof is not my fault, the answer was the same it is not our problem”. Speachless. With all the money collected 3 months in advance and without any service provided. Perfect business for them. I never work with them again and ever recomand this kind of company.

Yes we were tricked to by these guys. We lost 480 euors on a car hire deal!!!
