Be very carefull with them. We rented a car 4 months ago and even though the employee signed that the car had existing damages when we took it and signed that it was ok when returned they charged us 183 euro now (4 months after the rental). Even though I have complained no-one is replying to my emails and I have to go through my bank and legal action to get the charge cancelled which can take months.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Agree. Be very careful with them. I was charged for the damage, I am 100% sure was on the car when I was renting it at Bergamo airport- the person working at the airport put, hope not on purpose, the previous traits/damages on the opposite site than they were present/they should have been. As the car was around 2 km from the place I was renting it, I couldn't speak directly to the person who rented the car. As a consequence, I am convinced that I was charged for 129 Euros inequitably.

Hello,
We rent a car on 02dec2012 and return on 05nov2012.
All is ok. On 15 nov2012, they took 120 euro on my credit card.
It is impossible to know why, received invoice and prouve of the damage.
It is very dangerous to work with them.
We do all it is possible for obtain the refund of this.

Hi,
I was charged for 130 euros fraudulenty by Hertz which seems to be the owner of Advantage. I think we should send our complaints directly to Hertz now.
Further, I haven't received any reply from Advantage Bergamo so far.

Hello,
Than you very much for your answer, i work for Avis Charleroi in Belgium till 1975 and we always send invoice and prouve of damage with photo when customer asked it. We are very angry for no response and no invoice sending. In this case, it is impossible for obtain refund taking full insurances with the broker (cardelmar).
We continue to fight for obtain something and we inform you if something happen.
