I recently bought a 52 plate mondeo diesel from Tekay cars ltd (takeley),

After 2 weeks the Dual mass flywheel started knocking badly making the car engine judder at times,

I took it back under warranty & two mechanics agreed .

He then said he didnt want to repair it & would give a full refund, He said go & find another car & ring .

So i did & called a week later , He then refused to refund as "i had messed him about "??

he would not repair it also (£800 job)

After a further 3 weeks & me threatening him with the courts he gave me a lower refund meaning i had to scrape around for the money for the new car he had told me to find.

This guys buisiness practise his extreemly bad & his attitude is i dont care .

To top it off within 3 hours of collection it was re-listed on Autotrader & Ebay with no mention of this fault ..i pity the new owner !
