Poor Customer Relations
Perodua Myvi Lux,this is a very nice car at an excellent price.The problem is that customer relations is very poor.The manager is always out or is he.I requested a colour chart and from this,they passed me onto a greedy dealer (Mill garage at North Shields)When I complained to Perodua UK,Angela (vehicle sales),said once the cars leave us there is nothing we can do.What happened in my case was that I had struck a deal with a dealership down south(that's why I had only asked for a colour chart).I received a letter from Mill and when I spoke to them they said they would match my deal.So instead of travelling south,I made a 36 mile round trip to North Shields.When I got there the dealer principal came up with a price £484 dearer plus £300 for products he wanted to sell me.Well what is the sense in that.He said we don't make any money selling these cars,then why is he selling them.My conclusion is that Perodua UK should not have forwarded my details to another party,I only asked for a colour chart.
