World Class Bad Customer Service. Total disregard to customer service and knowledge of customer rights. Purchased a new engine with 100K mileage / 1 year warranty. Engine blew up within 17K miles. Put back into Norton Way Motors expecting an investigation. Shocked to witness such poor customer service, failed to even look at the engine with payment upfront. Even made a charge to "push" the vehcile from their roller doors to the inspection pit. Came up with base less excuses, blamed parts of the engine they admitted they had not inspected. I paid the bill and got the vehicle recovered from them. Had a foresenic, independant inspection and will now make a claim through the courts. Could have all been avoided if their aftersales team actually took ownership. The sales of goods act prevents them from making any charge to investigate a warranty claim within 6 months of purchase. Again, dont forget this - they made a charge to push the vehicle into their own garage !!. They treated this as an income generator. Total disrespect, go to another dealer. No doubt excellent customer service when nothing goes wrong, ie dont have to do anything. However, when it goes wrong................
