KL Autosales Sutton Coldfield

I bought a car less than a month ago, since I have bought it from him the clutch has failed, the thermostat has failed causing head gasket failure and it has been recovered twice. They have refused repair and I'm currently taking court action to get my money back for repairs for the car. He has been very rude and aggresive since we purchased the car from him and actually he is an embaresment to himself. STAY AWAY.

Over the moon with my new car that I purchased. Service was excellent and would recommend to my family and friends! Also offered a very good price for the part exchange of my old car.

KL Autosales sold me a defective & dangerous vehicle, but refused to pay to rectify the faults. Had to take to court to seek recompense.

Faults included, dangerous lump on one tyre (mot failure), handbrake loose which was missing a vital bolt, ignition faulty, faulty air bags, and lastly you may not believe this one, cigarette butts covering the airbag light & engine management warning light, so someone has been taking the display apart to cover up the warning lights to be able to sell it on quickly.
